What do I need to do for this study?

First, you will create an Embleema account using your email address, Embleema will then verify your email by sending you a link to your email. Once you are logged in, depending on the study you are enrolled in, you may be asked to consent for participating to this study. In most studies, you will use the Embleema Patient App to respond to surveys which will appear on your dashboard, and search for your care centers for uploading your medical records with a few clicks.
