I don’t remember my embleema account password / email. I cannot log in.

Look for an email titled "Welcome to embleema", if you find it, it means you have used this email address as your embleema account ID. Go to www.embleema.com/login/patient and click on "Forgot password?", fill in this same email address and you will receive an email for resetting your password. If you don't find the welcome email, contact us in this chat or send us an email at support@embleema.com
