Please refer to your study Manual of Operations and/or Laboratory Manual. Generally, you have to fill the sample collection/processing eCRFs and provide information such as the sample vial ID, shipment tracking number. In some cases, you need to provide a shipment manifest along with the shipment. To generate a manifest, click on "MANIFEST":
